Succulent Shoulder of Pork – Boned & Rolled

Locally sourced Outdoor Reared Shoulder Pork Joint is boned tied and trimmed by our butchers.

Although this joint typically has more fat than leg of pork, this makes it more succulent and full of flavour. Having been scored by our butchers all you need to do is add a splash of lemon juice and a sprinkle of salt and you should have perfect crackling.

This joint is a favourite for Hog Roasts.
