There is one standard delivery charge of £9.99 throughout the UK Mainland.
Orders placed before 12.00 noon will be delivered on Next day delivery service.
If placed after 12.00 noon please allow 2 working days for delivery. If an order is placed on Friday delivery will be made on Tuesday.
Where there is a Bank Holiday Orders will be processed on the returning Tuesday and delivered on the Wednesday.

Any orders under £40 will incur a standard £4.95 delivery charge.

How to place your order
Select the product you wish to purchase and add the number required to your basket. Continue adding products to your basket until you have completed your order.
When you are ready click on the 'proceed to payment' button and this will take you to the "login" page (if you have not already logged in)if you have shopped with us before you can enter your e-mail address and password (which you will have been given on your previous visit) and go on to the next page. If you are new to the site just enter your email address and you will be asked for your postcode. You will then be asked to choose your delivery method.
The next step will inform you of the delivery courier charge and will ask for your address and contact phone number. Once you have agreed to our terms and conditions you will be transferred to a secure server where you can input your credit/debit card details for them to be authorised. You will then be informed that your order has been accepted and will be sent an e-mail as confirmation.
When you place your order it is essential that you specify instructions for the courier, should you happen to be out when your goods are delivered. This could be an alternative delivery address such as a neighbour, or safe place to leave your box such as a patio or garage.
Packaging
Your order will be packed into a polystyrene box with ice gel packs to keep your products cold and in great condition. The meat will be vacuum packed to seal in the freshness and labelled to make it convenient for putting in your freezer. Any product that display the frozen emblem will sent out as a frozen product. Products such as diced meat will vacuum packed for longer lasting shelf life.
Deliveries in East Anglia will made via our refrigerated transport. There will be no deliveries on Saturdays Sundays, Mondays or Bank Holidays.
Collections
Orders can also be collected from our shop at Unit 1, The Firs, Redenhall, Harleston, Norfolk IP20 9QN.
Tick the Collection box and state the date and time frame you wish to collect and your order will be ready for collection when you arrive.

National Orders UK Mainland, Wales and Scottish Mainland carry a standard Delivery Charge of £9.99 for all orders.
Please Note: We can no longer accept orders to the Scottish Highlands due to the extra non-guaranteed courier travel days which this incurs as our products are perishable and have a 48hour quality gurantee.
